Trainer accounts: You will have additional requirements after signup (photo, AI summary, payout setup) before your trainer card can go live. Full details are in the Trainer Portal and in our Terms of Service.
Trainer Release & Authorization

Important: By registering as a trainer, you understand and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your likeness and content.

I hereby grant Hyprform AI ("the Platform") permission to use my name, photo, uploaded documents, programs, and training methodology ("my likeness") to generate personalized workout programs for users of the Platform.

Specifically, I understand and agree that:

  • My photo, name, bio, and uploaded content will be used to create a trainer profile and card visible in the Platform's catalog
  • My training style, methodology, and programming preferences will be analyzed and used by AI systems to generate workout programs that reflect my coaching approach
  • Users may select me as their coach, and programs generated for those users will be created using my likeness and training style
  • My likeness may be used in marketing materials, trainer cards, and program generation features
  • I retain ownership of my original content, but grant the Platform a license to use it for program generation and display purposes
  • I can request removal of my profile and content at any time by contacting support

I represent that:

  • I have the right to grant this permission
  • All content I upload is my own or I have permission to use it
  • I will not upload copyrighted material without authorization
  • I understand that programs generated using my likeness are created by AI and may not perfectly reflect my exact programming style
Trainer Relationship & Payments

Independent contractor. By registering as a trainer, you agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Hyprform. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

Payments:

  • Payments from users who select you as their coach are processed through Stripe. You will need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity, banking, and where applicable tax information) in the Trainer Portal before you can receive payouts or activate your trainer card.
  • Hyprform takes 20% of each payment; you receive 80% before Stripe’s processing fee (e.g. 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Full fee and payout terms are in the Terms of Service and in the Trainer Portal.
  • Eligibility to receive payments and any payouts schedule are subject to Stripe’s and Hyprform’s policies.
