Getting Started

How do I get started with Hyprform?

Sign up free to begin Hyprform’s two-month trial when that offer applies—often with no credit card at signup. Tell us about your goals, experience, weekly availability, and equipment (from full gym setups to kettlebells or bodyweight). Then generate your first personalized program inside the app, activate it under My Programs, and follow workouts in your browser on desktop or phone.

Do I need a gym membership?

No separate gym membership is required to use Hyprform. Your plan is built around the equipment you report—commercial gym tools, a home rack, dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight only. Accurate equipment details keep exercises realistic and avoid prescriptions you cannot perform with what you actually have available.

Is Hyprform suitable for beginners?

Yes. When you mark yourself as a beginner, Hyprform keeps volume and complexity manageable, prioritizes clear movement choices, and scales difficulty as you build consistency. Experienced lifters can choose advanced options for heavier progressions. Honest onboarding answers keep plans aligned with your skill level so you are not overwhelmed or under-challenged.

How long does it take to generate a program?

Most standard programs finish in under a minute when traffic is normal. Longer roadmap or macro-style plans run extra validation because they stitch together multiple training phases; expect about two to three minutes then. If a job stalls past the on-screen estimate, refresh once and email support—we can retry from your saved preferences.

How much does Hyprform cost?

After the introductory trial ends, continuing access is billed at USD $14.99 per month through Stripe unless you cancel before renewal. The subscription includes unlimited program generation plus bundled progress-tracking tools. Stripe handles recurring charges; Hyprform does not store complete card numbers on its own servers.

What's included in the free trial?

During Hyprform’s advertised two-month introductory window you normally receive full access to the same generators, dashboards, exporting options where available, methodologies, and logging tools paid members rely on—when marketing on your signup path promises feature parity with production. Offers through partners can differ slightly, so read the banner beside the register button for your exact bundle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Cancel recurring billing anytime from Billing or by emailing support—we do not charge early termination fees. Paid time you already purchased remains usable through the end of that billing cycle so workouts stop renewing but are not shut off mid-period without cause. Restarting later keeps historical programs in your archives unless you delete them yourself.

What happens when my free trial ends?

If you have not canceled, your trial converts to monthly billing at $14.99 USD per cycle through Stripe. We send reminders as renewal approaches so charges feel predictable. Cancel beforehand from Billing or contact support to stop the next invoice. You keep access through any period you already paid for after cancellation.

How much does working with a paid coach cost?

Each trainer sets their own monthly coach fee, shown on their trainer card and again before you pay. That fee is separate from the Hyprform platform subscription ($14.99/month after your introductory trial). Both may bill on one Stripe subscription with the same renewal date. During your Hyprform trial, the platform may stay free while a coach fee still applies when you generate with that coach. See Terms of Service §8.2.

When am I charged for a coach?

Selecting a coach does not charge you by itself. For self-serve generation, you are charged when you click Generate and confirm payment. The purple Working with banner shows what you will pay when you generate. Coach fees renew each billing period while that coach remains on your subscription unless you cancel via Billing or support@hyprformai.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Platform subscription: If your first paid platform charge (after any free trial) missed expectations, submit a request on Payment & subscription (or email support@hyprformai.com) within 30 days of that charge.

Coach fees: If a coach fee charge missed expectations, use Request refund on the matching charge in Payment & subscription within 7 days, or email support with the trainer name, payment date, and what went wrong.

We troubleshoot first. Refunds are not guaranteed; partial months are generally non-refundable. We usually do not refund coach fees solely because you disliked AI exercise choices when generation completed. Full policy: Terms of Service §8.5. Contact us before filing a chargeback.

Does removing my coach stop billing?

Not automatically. Remove coach link in Edit profile clears your account connection to a coach who invited you; it does not always remove a recurring coach fee on Stripe.

To stop future coach or platform charges, use Billing in your account or email support. Canceling keeps access through the end of the period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise.

Programs & Features

What types of training programs can Hyprform create?

Hyprform can build programs across major styles such as bodybuilding-style hypertrophy, powerlifting-style strength, CrossFit-inspired conditioning, functional fitness, Olympic lifting emphasis, endurance or cardio blocks, and women’s physique tracks. Each path is shaped by your goals, equipment, and limitations so the calendar reflects what you want to train—not a one-size template.

Can I customize my program?

Yes. Share how many days per week you can train, how long sessions usually run, and whether you want more strength, more conditioning, or a balanced mix. Add injuries, vacation blackouts, other sports that affect recovery, and every piece of equipment you truly have. Honest detail keeps prescription volume and exercise choices aligned with real life.

How does Hyprform adapt to my progress?

When you log completions, duration, perceived effort, or notes about discomfort, Hyprform can reference that history the next time you generate a plan. Without logs the system still works, but updates lean on your last questionnaire instead of fresh performance data. Coaches linked to your account may also adjust programming based on how you are progressing.

Can I generate multiple programs?

You can generate additional programs whenever goals or seasons change—each saves under My Programs for reference, duplication, or deletion. Switching specialties is normal; archiving older drafts keeps the dashboard tidy while preserving history unless you remove copies. Very rapid bursts of generation may be throttled to protect platform health.

What are macro plans?

A macro plan is a longer roadmap—often twelve weeks or more—split into phases that build toward a season or milestone. Early phases may emphasize capacity or skills; later phases sharpen intensity before a target event. Logging each phase helps the next refresh reflect real readiness instead of guesswork.

Do I need to log my workouts?

Logging is optional. When you record sets, time, and effort, future programs can better match how you are performing. You can still follow a generated plan without logging; adaptive recommendations simply improve when you leave consistent, honest session notes over time.

What is Hyprform Body Analysis?

Body Analysis maps strength across 16 muscle groups from the workouts you log—so you see a training snapshot, not just one lift number. It flags imbalances and tracks change over time. It is not a medical body-fat scan; it reflects how you train. Learn more about Body Analysis.

Technical

Do I need to download an app?

Hyprform runs in modern web browsers, so you do not have to install an app from an app store. Phones, tablets, and desktops all reach the same account. Bookmark the site or use add-to-home-screen shortcuts if you want an app-like icon. Stable internet makes logging and downloads smoother.

Can I export my workout program?

Many programs can be exported as PDF or Excel for printed binders, offline gym copies, or sharing with a coach who prefers spreadsheets. Use the export controls beside eligible plans. Some browsers require allowing downloads or pop-ups; if a file fails, retry once and contact support with screenshots so we can trace the issue.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Describe injuries or movement limits when you build a program or add follow-up notes. We adjust exercise choices, ranges of motion, and loading when possible to reduce aggravation. Hyprform is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or a clinician’s rehab plan. Update your profile when your status changes so new programs stay appropriate.

Is my personal and workout data secure?

We encrypt data in transit and protect stored data with safeguards appropriate to the service. Hyprform does not sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for retention details, your rights, and how to reach us. Report suspected problems to support@hyprformai.com so we can investigate.

How do I get help or report an issue?

Use the Contact page or email support@hyprformai.com. Include what broke, the page URL, timestamps, and screenshots when possible—we usually reply within one to two business days. Billing-specific questions can go to finance@hyprformai.com. Flag urgent security concerns in the subject line.

Can I delete my account?

Email support@hyprformai.com from your registered inbox asking to delete the account—we verify ownership, stop recurring billing, and purge personal workout data according to our Privacy Policy. Legal holds or payment disputes occasionally extend timelines; we will explain what applies to your request.
