When your 2-month free trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at $14.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. We'll send you a reminder before you're charged. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.

Yes! You can specify your training frequency, workout duration, equipment availability, injuries or limitations, and training preferences. The more information you provide, the more personalized your program becomes.
Hyprform learns from your workout performance. As you log your workouts, the system tracks your completion rates, duration, and performance. Future programs are adjusted based on this data to better match your capabilities and preferences.
Yes! You can generate as many programs as you need. Each program is saved in your account, so you can switch between different training focuses or create programs for different goals.
Macro plans are long-term training programs (typically 12+ weeks) that are divided into multiple phases. Each phase builds upon the previous one, creating a progressive training journey. For example, a 12-week macro plan might include phases for baseline accumulation, adaptive training, and peak performance. This allows for structured, periodized training that adapts to your progress over time.
Logging workouts is optional but recommended. When you log your sessions, Hyprform uses that data to personalize future programs and give you better progress insights. You can still follow your program without logging; the app works either way.
