Delete your Hyprform data

You can delete your Hyprform account and the personal data stored with it. This covers the website and the iOS and Android apps.

Delete in the app or on the website

1. Sign in to the account you want removed.
2. On the website, open Profile, then Edit profile, then Delete account, and choose Delete my account.
3. In the mobile app, open Profile, then Edit profile, then Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked. This cancels an active subscription and cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@hyprformai.com from the email address on the account. Say that you want your Hyprform account and personal data deleted. If Facebook sent you here, include that in the email. We confirm the request is yours, then delete the account.

What we remove

Profile, workout, and billing-related personal data are purged within 30 days. Coach Hub chats and the shorter notes from those chats are deleted when the account is deleted. Some records may be kept longer when the law requires it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
