Account Types

Hyprform offers two types of accounts:

• Regular User Accounts: For individuals seeking personalized workout programs
• Trainer Accounts: For fitness professionals who want to create public profiles and offer coaching services

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may only create one account per account type
• Trainer accounts require accurate professional credentials and information

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Provide accurate health and fitness information for safe workout generation
• Trainers must maintain accurate professional profiles and comply with applicable professional standards

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share, sell, or distribute generated workout programs commercially without permission
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm other users

Trainer Content and Public Profiles

• Trainers retain ownership of their profile content (photos, bios, documents, programs)
• By activating your trainer card, you grant us a license to display your profile publicly in our catalog
• Trainers grant users permission to select them as a coach and filter programs by their training focus
• AI-generated trainer summaries are created from your provided information and programs
• You may deactivate your trainer card at any time to remove it from public view
• You represent that you have the right to use any photos, documents, or content you upload
• Trainers are responsible for ensuring their public profile content is accurate and complies with applicable professional standards

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Payment Terms

Free Service

Basic workout generation features are provided free of charge, subject to usage limitations.

Premium Features

• Premium features may be offered for a subscription fee
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed at purchase
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

9. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

10. Limitation of Liability

Trainer Profile Requirements

• Trainers must provide accurate professional information and credentials
• Trainer profiles must comply with applicable fitness industry standards and regulations
• Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their public profile information
• We reserve the right to review and moderate trainer profiles for quality and compliance

Public Profile and Catalog

• Activating your trainer card makes your profile publicly visible in our catalog
• Users may select you as their coach, which filters available programs
• You may deactivate your trainer card at any time to remove it from public view
• Deactivation does not delete your account or uploaded content

AI-Generated Content

• Trainer summaries are AI-generated based on your provided information and programs
• You may request updates or corrections to your AI summary
• AI summaries are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional endorsements

Trainer-User Relationships

• Selecting a trainer as your coach does not create a formal coaching relationship
• Hyprform facilitates program filtering but does not mediate trainer-user relationships
• Any direct coaching arrangements are between trainers and users, outside of Hyprform's service
• Hyprform is not responsible for trainer-user interactions or agreements

13. Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
• Trainers may deactivate their public profile without terminating their account

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate accounts for extended inactivity (3+ years)
• We may deactivate trainer profiles that violate professional standards or Terms
• We will provide notice when possible, unless immediate action is required

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for small claims court matters.
