Hyprform typically includes a two-month introductory window that mirrors paid feature access when marketing on your signup screen promises parity—which usually means full program generation plus logging and tracking. You can cancel during the trial if you change your mind before paid billing begins.
If you do not cancel beforehand, your subscription continues at $14.99 USD per month billed through Stripe starting the next renewal date. We send email reminders as the trial ends so the charge is not a surprise. Cancel from Billing or mail support to stop the upcoming invoice while keeping access through dates you already prepaid.
If billing tied to a trainer’s programming disappoints, email support@hyprformai.com within seven days of that charge. Name the trainer, note the payment date, and summarize what fell short—attach screenshots or receipts when you can so billing can match the transaction quickly. We review each case against the trainer-fee refund rules and approve refunds where policy allows.
Card payments route through Stripe, which tokenizes payment details so Hyprform does not persist full card numbers on our own infrastructure.
