Over the past six years, I went from weighing 128 pounds to 186 pounds. This transformation didn't happen overnight, but with dedication and a clear plan, I was able to achieve my goals. Most of my significant progress occurred between 2024 and now, as I learned more about nutrition and how to effectively fuel my body.

Initially, my approach to gaining weight was pretty straightforward: I ate whatever I could to pack on the pounds. However, I quickly realized that a more strategic approach would yield better results. Now, I focus on consuming at least 170 grams of protein daily, spread throughout my meals. This shift has been crucial in building muscle and maintaining healthy weight gain.

One of my go-to strategies for hitting my calorie and protein goals is a high-calorie shake I make regularly. It includes two scoops of protein powder, 100 grams of oats, 35 grams of peanut butter, 20 milliliters of olive oil, and around 300 milliliters of water. This shake alone packs a serious nutritional punch and has become a staple in my diet.
